Privacy
This page says exactly what is stored when you fill in the request form or talk to the site's chatbot, where it goes, and who sees it.

What you give me
Everything you enter in the request form is stored: project type, business name, industry, current website, target audience, sites you like, features needed, whether you have a logo, content and photos, style preferences, page count, budget range and timeline.
And for contact: your name, email, phone number, preferred channel, best time to call, and any additional notes.
If you attach a file — a sample, a logo, a document — that file is stored too.
What is recorded automatically
Alongside each request: your IP address, browser details, the page you arrived from, any campaign parameters in the URL, and the language you viewed the site in.
To prevent bulk submissions, the IP address is also kept in hashed form in a separate table so submissions can be counted. That table is cleared periodically.
The site chatbot
If you talk to the chatbot in the corner of the page, your messages and its replies are stored so the conversation can continue and so I can see later what people are asking. These conversations are deleted automatically after 30 days.
For the chatbot to answer, the text of your message is sent to OpenAI, which provides the language model behind it and has its own privacy policy. The messages are not used to train the model.
The chatbot never asks for a password, a one-time code, a bank card number or a national ID number. If you type one anyway, card and national ID numbers are stripped out before the message reaches OpenAI and before anything is stored, and they are not kept at all.
If you give your name and a phone number or email during the conversation, it is saved as a contact request — the same as the request form — so that I can get back to you.
To prevent abuse, your IP address is kept only as a hash made with a secret key, never the address itself, and a technical cookie is set in your browser so the conversation is not lost. That cookie is not for advertising and does not follow you to other sites.
Why it is needed
So I can answer you and give an estimate. Without the project type, budget and timeline, my answer would be a guess rather than an estimate.
It is not used for advertising and it is not sold to anyone.
Where it is held
Form data, chatbot conversations and attachments are stored in Supabase, and the site is hosted on Vercel. Resend is used to send the notification email and your tracking code, and OpenAI is used to answer chatbot messages.
These four are infrastructure providers and each has its own privacy policy.
Who sees it
Only me. Requests are not passed to any other person or company, unless the law requires it.
How long it is kept
Requests are kept as long as they are useful for follow-up and records. You can ask for yours to be deleted at any time and it will be.
Chatbot conversations are the exception: they are deleted automatically after 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
This site has no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. If visitor analytics is ever switched on, it will be stated here.
Your form draft is saved temporarily in your own browser so you don't lose it if the page closes. That data stays on your device and is never sent to me.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Just get in touch through any of the channels on this site.
